before I dig into this subject of print on demand, I should clarify something that e-commerce is one of the largest growing businesses in the world, and that with the technology development business is gonna be almost all online.

so you need to learn how to use technology and to use the internet in your favor.

going back to our main topic, print on demand, how to start, and what to do before you go into this field, thrive, and make lots of money(isn't that what we all want).

2. where to sell my work once I make it:

it's a no-brainer, that you'll need a place to sell your work and there is a bunch of ways to do it.

Facebook marketplace:

it is almost easy to put your designs on Facebook and sell them if you can print on your own or in an atelier(a french word that means workshop).

you just make a mockup design and upload it to Facebook and fill in a few pieces of information and you are good to go. just stay away from copyright designs coz the platform won't let you upload them, or at the least, they won't be shown on the marketplace.

but since we are about you making your own designs, it won't matter to you, because you are here to sell your work and not somebody else's work.

you can also make a business page and use it to promote your products, Facebook proposes several tools to help you promote any work, just as long as you abide by their copyright guidelines and policy.

Instagram:

you can set up a shop on Instagram and sell your products. there are a few steps before you can do this but it is so simple and with the link provided, you'll be sent to their business site and you'll get all the information you need to start your business on Instagram.

create a store online:

you can sell your products in an online store, whether by making one on WordPress(visit their website to get more info) or you can learn how to open a store and you can find a tutorial on it on website set up.

there are more ways to make a store and sell your print-on-demand products but the ones I already suggested need 100%  work from, you have to do everything yourself.

sell your work on print on demand platforms:

if you only want to do an effort on your designs and leave the rest to a middle party to promote, sell and deliver your products, you may choose to join one of these print-on-demand platforms.
